Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. Processing for all orders can take 5-7 business days before receiving a tracking number regardless of the shipping option selected i.e. (overnight etc.)
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES;
We have added an insurance option for the safe delivery of your packages. However, If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home the Cookie Jar cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office/UPS. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. We strongly suggest you add package protection insurance to your order. Our package protection insurance provider is Shipinsure. In the unlikely event your insured package is lost, damaged or stolen, you may file a claim with Shipinsure and your claim will be reviewed in accordance with their eligibility guidelines.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES;
If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS! Once a package leaves Miami, Florida to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.
INVALID ADDRESS;
If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned to sender we will refund you for the product minus a $5 service fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
ALLERGIES;
Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy issues. Most customers love our products and we appreciate you for trying our organic solutions to vaginal care.
REFUNDS;
Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
