Refund policy

Thank You For Shopping With Us! We know you will love our products and want to make sure they get to you so we have added the option for you to purchase insurance with Shipinsure Package Protection for your packages.  But, In the event that there are any issues we are unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your purchase and support but we cannot be held responsible for damages, lost, or stolen packages. You are responsible for filing a report with the carrier i.e. (USPS, UPS) or making a claim if you purchased Shipinsure.

If A Package Is Returned To Sender You Are responsible for paying for the Shipping and we will send your products back to you. If you are making an International order please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country as for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held there customs if the country prohibits the items. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by your local customs office for international packages.
