How To Use

Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before using.
If you are experiencing yeast or BV symptoms, insert 1 capsule in your vagina every 24hrs for 7 days in a row. Expect discharge after use– the suppository gradually dissolves as it works. We recommend adding a Sweet Cookie Herbal Pantyliner to keep clean while you go about your normal routine!
