Ambassador / Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SweetCookies.org® Ambassador / Affiliate Program (“Program”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate, ambassador, or influencer (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) with SweetCookies.org® (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Enrollment & Acceptance

1.1 Agreement to Terms
By applying to the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines provided.

1.2 Approval
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

1.4 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, payment details, and contact information, and to keep this information updated.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn 22% commission per Qualified Purchase generated through their unique affiliate link.

2.2 Qualified Purchase
A purchase qualifies when:

• It is completed through your affiliate link

• It is not referred by another affiliate

• It is not fraudulent, refunded, or canceled

2.3 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or your affiliate dashboard.

3. Payout Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, typically within the first 7 business days of the following month once commissions are finalized.

3.2 Payment Method
Payments are issued via PayPal unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Payment Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment details. Failure to do so may delay payouts.

3.4 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to your earnings.

3.5 Disputes
Any payout disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.

4. Order Eligibility & Lock Period

4.1 Eligible Orders
Commissions are only paid on completed and verified purchases that:

• Have passed a minimum 30-day holding period

• Have not been refunded, disputed, or charged back

4.2 Ineligible Orders
No commissions will be paid for:

• Refunded or canceled transactions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Self-referred purchases

4.3 Carryover
Pending commissions will roll over to the next payout cycle until eligible.

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum balance of $1.00 USD is required for payout.
Balances below this amount will carry over to the next payout period.

6. Affiliate Tracking & Links

You will be provided with a unique affiliate link.

• You are responsible for using your link correctly
• We are not responsible for tracking errors due to incorrect link usage
• Tracking is based on last-click attribution unless stated otherwise

7. Products & Brand Positioning

SweetCookies.org® offers all-natural feminine hygiene and wellness products, focused on plant-based solutions designed to support women’s hygiene, confidence, and overall wellness.

You agree to represent the brand accurately and in alignment with this positioning.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

8.1 Self-Referral
Using your own affiliate link for personal purchases.

8.2 Fraud & Manipulation
Generating fake traffic, leads, or purchases.

8.3 Misleading Claims
You may not:

• Make false or exaggerated claims
• Guarantee results or outcomes
• Present products as medical treatments

8.4 Unauthorized Promotions
You may not:

• Offer unapproved discounts or incentives
• Run ads using our brand name without written permission
• Impersonate the Company

8.5 Spam
Unsolicited messaging, mass DMs, or any abusive promotion methods are strictly prohibited.

9. Promotion Guidelines & Content Standards

9.1 Honest Representation
All promotions must be truthful and not misleading.

9.2 No Medical Claims
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9.3 FTC Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all content.

Example:
“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission.”

Disclosures must be:

• Clear and visible
• Placed before or near any link or call-to-action

10. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

If any content:

• Violates laws
• Damages the brand
• Breaches these Terms

You must remove it within 24 hours of notice.

11. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

11.1 License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved branding for promotion.

11.2 Restrictions
You may not:

• Modify logos or branding
• Misrepresent the Company
• Use trademarks in domains, ads, or usernames without permission

11.3 Ownership
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of SweetCookies.org®.

12. Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Legal or reputational risk

Unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

13. Termination by Affiliate

You may leave the Program at any time by submitting written notice.

14. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or opportunity

Maximum liability is limited to $100 USD.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.
