I ordered the sweet cakes bundle and not only are the scents of the products non-existent, the peach sweet cakes smell like an old ash tray. I had that same issue with that particular scent back in 2023 and Starr initiated a refund. I sent an email on 4/15/2026 regarding my experience with the peach sweet cakes yet again, and Starr apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send a new product upon my return of the original one sent to me. She said her team would generate a return label so I could return the item. I followed up with two more emails for the return label and Starr would say the same thing each time, βMy team is generating a labelβ How hard is it to process a return label? As of today, 5/5/2026, Iβm still waiting for a new peach sweet cakes which I canβt obtain without my return being processed. Even with my disappointment of all three scents overall, I had no intentions on writing a LONG review, but to be told that Iβd be given a replacement and still no return label, thatβs poor customer service. I already found another brand that I actually Love so goodbye sweet cakes and sweet cookies. Please do better for your current and future customers!
